Dancehall artiste Charles Nii Armah Mensah famed as Shatta Wale, has clashed with showbiz pundit Arnold Asamoah-Baidoo on Saturday during the United Showbiz show which airs on UTV.
The duo was guests on Nana Ama McBrown’s programme and ended up getting all the spotlight as they engaged in what appeared like an exchange of words on live TV.
Arnold Asamoah-Baidoo used the word “confused” while making his point in reference to Shatta Wale over the genre of music which is solely Ghanaian.
The dancehall artiste who got infuriated by Arnold’s choice of words burst out into a ranting spree and gave the entertainment pundit a piece of his mind.
Among many other things, Shatta Wale indicated that he was richer and more popular than Arnold and also maintained that Arnold should not consider him to be his ‘boy’.
While jabbing the veteran entertainment personality, Shatta Wale indicated that Arnold had worked for over 30 years and yet could not boast of owning a house.
Arnold who was clearly not moved by the dancehall star’s rant said he was not moved by earthly possessions and was not backing down on telling the Ayoo singer the truth.
Meanwhile, the dancehall star Shatta Wale did the unthinkable on the United Showbiz programme on Saturday when he splashed cash on McBrown.
While speaking highly of the musician, Nana Ama McBrown indicated that she was expecting to be blessed the Ayoo hitmaker.
Shatta Wale, who appeared flattered by McBrown’s words said the actress was making him feel like spreading dollars on her.
