Mr Okoh Chartey, the driver of the Jeep car that contained former VGMA Artiste of The Year, Ebony Reigns, has been remanded by court.
Reports reaching frimprinceproductions from Peacefmonline has it that an Nkawie Circuit Court gave the order for the driver to be remanded.

Fresh details from the case has it that Mr Chartey, as at the time of the accident, was driving with an expired driver’s license.
He was also charged with dangerous driving and driving without a license which are all serious offences.
After the charges were read, Mr Chartey pleaded not guilty to all of them and this caused the presiding judge, Mr Johnson Abbey, to remand him.
The embattled driver would reappear before court on March 24, 2021 to answer to the charges.
Fresh investigations, according to Chief Inspector Jonas Newlove Agyei, brought this information to bare which necessitated action.
Mr Okoh Chartey was the driver of the Jeep vehicle with registration number AS 497-16 which was carrying Ebony Reigns, Franky Kuri and Lance Corporal Atsu Vondee.

The three occupants died on the spot but Mr Charwey’s life was spared though he suffered major injuries.
Ebony and her companions met their death on February 8, 2018.
